You can edit PDF file for free with a set of office programs called LibreOffice. To edit your document you are going to need to click file and then click open in the top navigation bar. Once you have done that browse for the file you want to edit and open it within the Draw program. Editing your file is actually very simple and intuitive. Simply double click what you want to edit and edit it how you want.
Exporting as a PDF Document Once You are Finished Editing
Now that you have edited your PDF it is time to export the file. To do this click on File in the top left-hand corner of the program and go down to Export As. After that click on “Export as PDF” and you will be met with a screen with modifications you can make to how you want to export the document. The preset settings are generally fine to use but in some cases you might want to use lossless compression of images or change the type of export.
